LJBakes makes every item from scratch, using nothing less than high-quality, all-natural ingredients. You'll never find any chemical additives in our products. And after just one bite, you'll understand why my customers keep coming back for more of my delicious bakes. I make everyday bakes, desserts and event cakes so can make things to suit any occasion, afternoon tea, birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, family get togethers or to underpin your own catering business, cafe or eatery...
I am always round and about in the Herts and Beds area making regular deliveries to my customers and always happy to make deliveries to you at home or at work, please contact me for more information. Lisa made a cake for my niece's 21st birthday. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted but I threw a few ideas of things I wanted incorporated (to personalise it to my niece) and Lisa came up with a

I have just had another one of your salted brownie Caramel brownie and I thought I should email to say how much I LOVE these! They have recently started being sold in my office in Letchworth however
I tried these in a cafe across the road before this.
I told all of my colleagues how delicious these were and when I found they were being sold in my work it was like Christmas come early. However I have had to limit myself to only one or two a week
for my waistline! All of my coworkers have tried them and now also agree that these taste amazing!
I just wanted to say well done and keep up the amazing work you do! I would definitely class these brownies as one of the best I have every tried and I have tried a lot of cakes! -
If you haven't tasted Lisa's Victoria Sponge you haven't lived! As for the Raspberry Bakewell ........... DELICIOUS!

Had some gorgeous cakes baked by Lisa for my wedding do. They were all lovely. My husband could not stop raving about how nice the flapjack was! Everyone commented on how natural and fresh they were.
